Anna Spark is a Dutch singer, composer, songwriter, producer and mixer creating cinematic alternative pop where soulful vocals meet intimate storytelling. Her artistic journey began at a young age through singing, theatre and performance, eventually growing into songwriting, recording and producing her own music.

Growing up in a small village in Gelderland, Anna discovered the power of storytelling through music and performance. During her teenage years she developed her voice, played in bands and started writing her own songs on guitar. In 2015, she began experimenting with recording and production, gradually building the skills that would later become an essential part of her artistic identity.

In 2022, Anna started studying at the Conservatory of Utrecht, where she met the musicians who would become her six-piece band. After a year, she chose to continue developing her own intuitive and multidisciplinary approach outside of the traditional curriculum, focusing on performing, production and creating her own artistic world. In 2026, Anna completed her diploma as an advanced music producer at MTMA Hilversum, further developing her skills as a producer and mix engineer.

Anna Spark has released multiple singles since 2021, released her debut EP Mâr Galliti (2025) and the 12-minute music film + singles Past The Lake Border // Burgundy Red.

Her upcoming debut album sâlt marks a new chapter: a record written in her native Frisian, exploring language, memory, longing and belonging through a cinematic and immersive world.

The Anna Spark band was formed in 2022 and consists of guitarist Nout Morssinkhof (Conservatory Amsterdam Pop) and guitarist/backing vocalist Donna van Laviere (alumni Conservatory Utrecht Musician 3.0) and bassist Wijnand Oudshoorn (Conservatory Utrecht Jazz & Pop) and on keys Stach van den Bosch (Conservatory Amsterdam Pop) and drummer Teun Wagter (Alumni Conservatory Utrecht Jazz & Pop).
